TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment details will be provided on booking, payment can be made via bank transfer or cheque. £100 (€ 120) deposit for each week secures any booking. This deposit is non-returnable.

The final balance is payable 1 month before arrival. If a booking is made within 1 month of your proposed arrival then the total cost of the holiday is payable at the time of booking. Photos are for illustration purposes only. Actual room design/layout may vary slightly.
Arrival & Departure time
Please plan to arrive after 4:00 pm. The property must be vacated by 10:00 am on your departure date.


Pet Policy

PETS are allowed.


Damages

We levy a 10% deposit to cover damage during your stay. We trust our guests to treat the property with respect and don't worry about minor breakages. We do charge for more substantial damage to equipment and fittings. There is an additional charge for the property left in an unclean condition.
